For me it's writing. And when I can't write, I think about what I'm going to write when I have the time. I think about my journal, this space, or my desk. I talk about writing, about readers, and about learning to... well anyone who will listen. I've got the bug, if you will (and you will). It took a few missteps to figure out that, well, actually I am a writer. And no, I don't want to look at excel all day. I didn't look back and now I'm here with you.
That being said, I'm always looking for a way to be more efficient with my time, while maintaining my relationships. I've had success with keeping a food log during my 40-day yoga challenge, and an expense log any time I reconfigure my budget. So why not try it with my time? Starting tomorrow, I'm going to log my time for the week. I acknowledge that the weekend may get tricky, but I'm committed to my projects- just like Mr. Ford. Plus I'm combining two of my favorites: list making + writing. I have goosebumps.
Let me know if you want to take part in this with me. I'll share my learnings next Friday.
