Two days ago I had an opportunity to practice with Christina Sell. You can bet I jumped at the chance! I took a class with her a few years ago, and in that class I touched my head with my feet in king pigeon pose. Hasn't happened since.
During opening meditation she said, "Your problems aren't your problems. How you deal with them is your problem." Yeah- that's pretty spot on. This week I've been noticing how I react when a roadblock pops up, or I stumble, or there's too much traffic. If I can change, or even shift, my reactions to those "problems" it'll make easy work when real big things get in my way. What about you? How do you deal with your problems? Is that a problem?
